3 Days to Airway:Â July 17, 18 and 19, 2026;Â Bozeman, Montana, 15 CE credits
Learn the Goles Airway and Sleep Protocol — a comprehensive, non-surgical system for diagnosing, treating, and successfully completing airway cases in both pediatric and adult patients. This course teaches you how to see airway dysfunction clearly, identify red flags, interpret sleep studies and titration testing, and implement predictable treatment plans from start to finish.
Built on over 6,000 completed adult expansion cases, this training reflects Dr. Goles’ unmatched clinical experience with non-surgical adult airway expansion, including extensive use of Vivos, as well as his leadership in airway-focused clear aligner therapy. You’ll learn how to integrate clear aligners within an airway protocol to support expansion, stability, function, and esthetics.
The course covers expansion for all ages, including pediatric guides, fixed and removable expanders, mandibular advancement devices, and adult expansion systems. You’ll also receive in-depth training on laser therapy for airway and sleep, including clinical applications for snoring, sleep-disordered breathing, and airway support as part of a comprehensive treatment approach.
From diagnosis through treatment completion, this course gives you the clinical framework, tools, and confidence to implement non-surgical airway dentistry in your practice — whether you plan to focus exclusively on airway, treat pediatric or adult patients, or thoughtfully integrate airway care into an existing practice model.

How is this Course Different?
Identify Issues
Most courses overwhelm you with information.
We train you to identify airway problems in real patients—from clinical findings to sleep symptoms and CBCT scans—so you know what matters and what doesn’t.
You’ll stop guessing and start seeing airway issues clearly, confidently, and early.
Follow the Blueprint
No appliance chaos. No guesswork. No scary treatment plans.
Understanding the problem is only step one.
We teach you how to build a thoughtful, ethical treatment plan—the best labs, clear aligner companies, timing, and dental materials—so you know exactly how to move a patient forward without over-treating or creating new problems.
This is airway care with a defined finish line.
Implement in your Office
A real-world blueprint you can use Monday morning
Most airway courses end when the lecture does.
We teach you exactly how to go home and implement what you’ve learned—how to screen patients, talk to families, train your team, document care, and integrate airway into a busy practice without burning it down.
You leave with a blueprint, not a binder.
